Roy Dantzic - Non-Executive Chairman

Roy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1968 and spent the early part of his career in the City. He became involved with the property sector in 1989 when he joined the Board of Stanhope Properties plc, becoming its finance director in 1993. In 1997 he was appointed managing director of British Gas Properties, a position he held until his retirement in 2003.

He became Chairman of the Company in 2004 and he was Chairman of the Audit Committee from then until 2011. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Airplanes Group and the Architectural Heritage Fund and a trustee of the Portman Estate.

He has also served as a Non-Executive Director on a number of boards including London Regeneration Consortium PLC which is listed as having entered into voluntary creditors liquidation on 14 March 1995. He is also a former Chairman of Premier Portfolio Group PLC which is listed as having entered into administration on 6 December 1994.

David Lawther - Chief Executive Officer

ISG manages the process by which buildings are built or refurbished for owners and fitted out for occupiers. The Group has an annual turnover of over 900 million. ISG works across a variety of sectors and locations spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. David joined ISG as Group Financial Director in 2001 and was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer in July 2006.

David qualified at Durham University in Engineering Science and Management qualifying as a chartered accountant whilst working at Kidsons Chartered Accountants in London. Following six years at John Mowlem & Co PLC working his way to Group Treasurer, David joined the executive team at Wilson Connolly Holdings as Group Finance Director and was instrumental in refocusing the strategic direction of the group, realigning their products and expanding the group.

David is a non executive director of our partner in France and a Director of our corporations in Asia, ISG Asia.

John Barnes - Non-Executive Director

With an exceptional talent for marketing John held senior management positions in international corporations in the UK, USA and France for 17 years. In 1988 he became an entrepreneur and has led the development of two well known brands - Harry Ramsdens and La Tasca - through acquisition, public market flotation and sale. As a serial Portfolio Non Executive Director he was named the Sunday Times/Ernst and Young AIM Non-Executive Director of the Year in 2007.

He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Sportech Plc and Chairman of Novus Leisure Limited. He is co-author of "Marketing Judo" published by Prentice Hall/Pearson.

He is the Senior Independent Director of the ISG Board and he is a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Jonathan Houlton - Finance Director

Jonathan joined ISG as Group Financial Director in 2006 taking responsibility for all areas of finance, strategy and investor relations, whilst leading and providing direction for the finance, accounting and IT functions of ISG across the UK, Europe and Asia. He also oversees all financial procedures, group reporting, performance and analysis.

After six years spent with Arthur Anderson where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Jonathan has held a number of senior financial positions in the construction and building material industries.

During seven years at Wates Group Limited as Group Finance Director Jonathan contributed to a turnaround in profitability and improved performance management systems. Prior to this, Jonathan spent nine years at Redland Plc primarily as Finance Director to a number of Redland operations, including spending six years in France as Finance Director to the French aggregates operation. After a couple of glasses of red wine, he can still speak French reasonably fluently!

Jamie Stevenson - Non-Executive Director

Jamie, appointed a Non-Executive Director in April 2007, was previously a top-rated equity research analyst focusing on the construction sector. He worked for twenty years as an analyst in the City for a number of firms including Wood Mackenzie, Savory Milln and Dresdner Kleinwort. For ten consecutive years between 1987 and 1998 he was ranked No 1 Building Materials analyst in the Extel, Reuters, Institutional Investor and other major investor surveys. He was latterly Head of Equities Research at Dresdner Kleinwort from 1997 to 2003.

Prior to entering the City, he was an Economic Advisor to the House Builders' Federation and Economics Director for the Building Employers' Confederation.

Jamie was also previously a Non-Executive Director at McCarthy & Stone plc, the UK's leading retirement housebuilder. He currently serves on the board of leading showers and ceramic tiles manufacturer, Norcros plc. He is a part time teaching fellow in Finance at the University of Exeter.

He is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

Greg Aldridge - Corporate Development Director

Greg Aldridge was appointed as Corporate Development Director of ISG in January 2008. Prior to joining the company, he was a Managing Director in corporate finance at Bridgewell, the investment bank, focusing on the construction and support services sectors. He was a founder director of Bridgewell and prior to that a corporate finance director of Singer & Friedlander Limited.

Greg has a wealth of experience in both the corporate finance and construction services sectors and led the team responsible for the flotation of ISG in 1998. He has been a corporate adviser to the Group since then.

Richard Whittington - Non-Executive Director

Richard is a chartered accountant. He recently retired as a Senior Partner from KPMG where he was Partner-in Charge of the Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare audit Group and simultaneously Global Head of Building and Construction, based in London. He worked with many clients over the years ranging from listed international businesses to small owner-managed entities and in four different KPMG offices, including Hong Kong.

He now acts a consultant/adviser to a number of businesses, is a Board member, Trustee and Honorary Treasurer of the Surrey Community Foundation and Chairman of the Governors and a Governor of two Surrey schools.

He joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in May 2011 at which point he also became Chairman of the Audit Committee. In December 2011 he became a member of the Remuneration Committee.
